IIRC the lollipop was an accident. Some lady was holding it in her hand and got really excited about a song that he was playing and it flew out of her hand. Still very careless of her though.

Even stuffed animals can be dangerous because a lot of them have plastic eyes or noses. When I was a baby, I was lying in the floor and my grandma tried to toss a bear down beside me and it's plastic nose cut my nose. I still have a scar on the bridge of my nose from it.
