and the whole manga is basically about the old dude educating the kiddo because he grow up in the nature so he doesn't know how to behave
and the writer is a female who openly said on her website that she's a fan of incest between 2 brothers

I like it. Tbh, I never relate anime with real life especially if it was fantasy. I mean vampire is not a human. So, I kinda okay with that. Its different if it use real setting and it happens with human. Also maybe the start of their relation is not as siblings, so I never regard them as sibling. Also, if you read the manga, they are not real real sibling. He was reincarnation of someone ( i forgot).
I know that its not incest but I still can't finish Irregular at Magic because i think the relation btw the siblings is weird. Only manage to watch it until ep4
