Buy or save?

I was lucky with my car, I bought it off my late parents when they bought a new car and I still have it. Of course, not everyone is going to be lucky enough to buy a car off family or someone they know. My car is reliable as it has been a family car, but if you do your research and shop around you can get a decent used car with a good history either by private sale or from a dealer.

Cars real expenses come after you buy them. Gas, Insurance, maintenance and check ups.

If you can barely afford to buy one, maybe it's not the time.

Gas prices are currently sky rocketing and people start preferring electric cars. Gas already cost around 2,2 - 2,4 € liter in my country and the Ukrainian war makes it even worse. It may cost around 100 bucks to fill the tank up.

I got my brother to help me because cars don't really interest me which means I know nothing about them, but my first car was a cheap and used car which I used for years and then I bought a brand new one, so my advice is don't rush to buy it and ask friend/family members to help you.
