It's entirely possible for an album to have additional sales in Hanteo but not in Gaon.
Gaon counts shipments while Hanteo reports real time sales through shops that are affiliated with them. So the photo you shared means there were shipments of Lalisa (naturally accounted for in previous gaon updates) that were still sitting in shelves and only sold recently, hence the Hanteo numbers.
Edit: nvm misread the comment. I think it's likely these hanteo sales were already reported on gaon in previous months, plus the fact gaon counts certain skus separately. Hopefully they start restocking more often since I remember rose's solo also didn't gain sales for a few months until people complained. It's clear yg prefer to focus on group albums since they are still higher demand
There can be multiple reasons. Her total hanteo sales aren't right. Returns don't count on hanteo. And if the stock isn't getting exhausted it won't show as well. Gaon reports the number it gets from ygplus their main distributor and not the sales from retailers. I do think yg should ship more albums but it looks like they are not out of stock yet. I don't see any reason why yg wouldn't ship more albums on purpose.
