but not the native level ....there 2 things are not the same

She isn't completely fluent, but she has an Upper Intermediate grasp of English, with a good chance of becoming Advanced if she gets more chances to speak it. Some of it is just her getting nervous, but in many occasions now she is more confident in English than in Korean.

Her English is good enough to conquer the world! The odd verb tense mistake and article omission is no big deal, we hear that all the time at the mall over here!

Is she not considered fluent though? She can understand very well and is able to have a fluent conversation, even if its not perfect.

Its pretty impressive considering she speaks 3 languages and thai, korean and english not only have completly different sounds but also all 3 have different alphabets
