aespa is not a blackpink copycat

    aespa is just bp with an AI gimmick slapped onto it

    i dont think their copycats but i think that every company releasing a girl group that they want to hit big internationally is going to be taking notes from blackpink so there's definetly some influence

    Even for Bts most streams come from asia, that means nothing when both have some of the biggest spotify debuts ever only beaten by taylor swift. They still got huge numbers outside of the region. Blackpink's numbers just happen to be massive all over the place, same can't be said about sm acts, their numbers are several tiers below even in asia ;(

    Not at all, compare what reveluvs getting nowadays (personal vlog, music show behind, recording behind, and many more) aespa looking very similiar with BP meaning lack of content from their company.

    There's a difference between asking for a comeback/music and 'idol' contents. What I'm asking from SM is to have the girlies have some content outside their music: yt content, ig lives, variety show, etc bc clearly aespa is still a rookie and needs exposure


    compare to other 4th gen groups and even with the groups in the same company, what aespa getting is very less. Please even the aespa girlies themselves want to do at least vlive/ig but their shitty company won't let them. I just want a weekly content is that too much? My sentiment are valid because I wanted to know aespa better

    sm wanted them to be but in the end failed so bad.

    Nobody is downplaying Aespa but is clear that Lee Soo Man wanted a group like Blackpink, so he used them as the blueprint for his new girl group, he just slapped the Futuristic AI concept and combined with BP girl crush concept. Now i'm not saying they're a clone of BP, but they are definitely inspired by them.
