Why just BP is doubted??

This is not pertaining to BP but for most idols. Companies are really important and I can say that about my faves as well.

I'll use my own faves since no one will bash me for that. For example, Day6 is probably the most popular Korean Idol Band in SK. Is part of their success due to JYPE despite how lousy and trashy Studio J has been in promoting Day6? Yes. Like I don't think Day6 could get to where they are without JYPE so a part of me will still be grateful for that despite me forever bashing JYPE and Studio J.

Compared to let's say N Flying who has a bigger hit than any Day6 song with Rooftop, FNC is even worse, and failed to capitalise on that. Other idol bands just also don't have the same popularity even though they make amazing music.

However, Day6 has reached a level whereby they right now do not necessarily need the company. Jae left (although he told us to trust him and the rest of Day6 that they will make something work in future), and if the rest of Day6 left and get signed by another company or form their own, I think they would do as well. They have outgrown the company. Furthermore, JYPE don't actually have producers to write songs for them. Day6 writes all of them and mostly co-produce it with only 1 producer Hong Jisang so they are all good without JYPE songs wise, vs others groups who depend on the company to give songs to them.

So yes it is true that certain groups in fact most groups will not be who they are today without their companies, but at some point when these groups outgrown the companies and don't need them anymore, it is unfair to forever stick the company label onto them because everything is in the past. We should look forward into the future.
