No, there are a few nugu-er idols, for whom enlistment will be too costly so they're delaying it as much as possible.
But out of famous-ish ones yeah Jin is the only one left. That's because everyone goes when it's most beneficial to them (ie to get into the military unit they want/need) and with the COVID situation being bad earlier in Korea, most people who were eligible took the opportunity and enlisted.
Concerts make the most money, and they'd be missing out on less of them with COVID. Some idols go earlier ie all of BTOB coordinated so they could come back during 10th anniversary.
Also Jin is Dec 1992 right? He's younger.
