Are they available on android too?

I just saw this picture and it said "looks like they added new emojis" now I wonder if that is apple only or does android get that too? I'm just asking cause I think my phone dosn't have them yet and I use the google-keyboard on my Honor-smartphone

Only in Android 12L, so only Pixel devices as of this moment.
