I was using spotify free version and I got an 30 sec nmixx no-skippable ad in between streaming. So, it's not just youtube now that's being used to inflate streams. I don't know how much ads are contributing but still worth taking it into consideration when we see charting like this.

Even if I can’t stand the song I have to admit the “watch out baila baila” part is pretty addictive. It’s been stuck in my head since I heard it despite it being the part that was so bad I burst out laughing originally
