How long will aespa chart this well for?

    1. The 2n31/bp way: making hits even after 5 yrs


    2. Snsd way, very good charting for 2 yrs, after isn’t as good but still ok.


    3. Twice way. Incredibly consistent huge hits for 2-3 yrs, then after fall off a bit. Some songs do okish (af) others not so much (scientist)


    4. Rv way. Inconsistent but still can make hits even 5 yrs after debut

    SNSD were having hits till 2015, that's 6 years. Party got number 1 and while Lion heart didn't get number 1 it was in the top 10 for weeks which is longer than most idols songs which fall off very quickly

    Aespa haven't even established their sound fully yet, they have 8 songs, of which 2 are very different from the rest. They could transition like TVXQ did, into many different types of experimentalish music.

    You can't see they have already joimed your fandom. It happened with aespa quickly. Success stans have already joined your fandom. That's why aespa is doing better than red velvet or nct did in their first few years.

    You make no sense at all. When did this happen like that? Not with SNSD, not with EXO, not with NCT, not with Red Velvet, not with f(x).


    And success stans flood every top group, enough JYP stans, HYBE stans and YG stans that prove this every day aside from SM stans.

    My bet is that they will keep making ok hits for two years and then digitally they won't be as impressive but do good regardless. I actually think they will have a similar trajectory to EXO.

    Some people pretending dct didn't chart well for a sm station song and including it as a comeback. I know some groups are not even able to chart as good as a aespa sm station song . Don't talk about aespa if your stan list belongs there.

    I think they'll have a career trajectory similar to SNSD. They'll be #1 digitally for a few years, then start to get beaten by groups like IVE or YGNGG(the same way SNSD were beaten on digital charts by SISTAR and 2NE1) but due to their presence in CFs, acting, solo activities in general, and their sales, they'll still be considered the #1 GG.

    Sistar is true, but 2ne1 didnt do better than Snsd.

    I Got A Boy beat Falling In Love and Do You Love Me big time in 2013, and in 2012 Do You Love Me did roughly the same as Twinke, a song by an Snsd subgroup. Only in 2014 beat 2ne1 Snsd with Come Back Home vs Mr Mr.

    and DCT ( a non promoted songs who stay in the top 10 for weeks)


    people really think aespa is going downhill when their latest hit is a station song who wasn't really promoted and outcharted all their favs title track who had 1 month of promo .....
