Hi, so I'm trying to start a DM/conversation but whenever I click on a user's profile and navigate near the search icon, there isn't an option for starting a conversation. ANy help is appreciated, thanks!

I believe that it notifies you while creating the DM with them that they have it set for this in their privacy settings...
Not sure though
