im not the most knowledgeable person so i dont know what exactly the definition of the word is supposed to be

i grew up thinking classy meant a very admirable charismatic personality

but i notice kpop fans esp ( and others too ) call anyone that "looks" rich as classy

so what is classy supposed to mean?

It’s just a generic term for being stylish. Though it does somewhat have the connotation of appearing elegant and/or luxurious. There’s no real one defined “look” to represent it.

It has two major meanings. When I hear "classy", I think of more of behavior than looks. Someone who is classy acts well-mannered, gracious, and moral in my book.

It also is used to mean someone who looks like they belong to a higher social class, so sophisticated and wealthy.
