what is about singers like iu or bolbalgan4? they arent usually considered idols but i still count their music as kpop.

Bruh I said "Non KPop" = Artist that is not active in Korea or not even from Korea ... and not "some random Korean person who is not in a kpop-boygroup/girgroup"
