awareness is a good thing.

I haven't watched it so I don't know if they are doing it justice but there are definitely problems when litigating on sexual assault and a little publicity is a good thing to keep it in the minds of the public. (<<here's hoping there isn't stuff like victim-shaming inside it or harmful stereotypes surrounding that)

It might be helpful to add that this show is called "All of Us are Dead" on Netflix. Not sure if "Now at Our School" is the Korean name?

And yeah, it is hard to watch, but it's a zombie flick, so I've found myself going "I hope the zombies get the bullies first."

Totally agree. I also binge-watched it but I feel like they worked hard for the first episodes and then they were like "meh, fk it". They wasted screen time with some characters that later where killed and they didn't improve the story at all.

They wanted to make the audience care about them, to them create a sad situation when they kill them off.

Realistically only one death was kind of sad for me, by I did expect something like that was going to happen.

They are trying to pull a squid game feeling.

I agree that this shouldn't have been shown at all but the sad reality is that this does happen in Korean school from all I've heard

bleah, i know, but the way they were killed wasn't that ,,, interesting? So much screentime for the father only to unlock 2 doors in the end? At least, they should have planned something more dramatic to make the audience more into it. Same for the teacher, she had 2 lines and made the scene to look so dramatic like she carried the entire battle and now she is giving a moral lesson.

At least in SG they were able to make the audience somehow create a connection with the characters, but here something was lacking

I also did not like the story arch with the bullied girl, They could have done a lot more with her story,
