1. That as a celebrity she can't get intimate with anyone or else her private life will be publicized and sensationalized
2. When she has a meltdown the audience is clapping, so they don't care for her well-being at all. Her struggle is a form of entertainment

IDK how she is actually feeling in her private life, but back as Jonghyun had passed... Key said back than that he, Taeyeon, Jonghyun and around 2 other people from SM constantly were meeting eachother in a support group and Key said "I was actually beliving everyone was getting better from time to time, the more we went to these meetings"
