2 generation and still no Group can compare with SNSD

Yeah they're unrivalled when it comes to TV. One minute you got a normal idol group the next they saying it doing stupid shit and they've taken over the show lol.

Their episode of intimate is still is one the greatest idol shows ever. It was a total mess because SNSD did whatever they wanted lol, even the hosts couldn't believe what they were seeing. That was one of my first TV shows I watched of them and I knew from exactly that point this was the group I was going to Stan for the next 10+years

Yeah I used to watch 240p, 480p if I was lucky, SNSD videos late night back then. But I would still download the soshi subs quality versions when they became available at glorious 720p

Soshified had a truly fabulous download section and so much was subbed.

I got into K-pop because someone posted a funny Sunny compilation video on a totally different other site. I got fascinated, started to watch some more funny Sunny/SNSD videos online, ended up on Soshified where they had entire seasons of tv shows where SNSD and SNSD members took part in.

I watched Invincible Youth seasson 1 in half a week, then ended up downloading practically everything, from CFs to tv appearances like Girls Go To School, Horror Movie Factory, Hello Baby, Intimate Note, Star Golden Bell, Running Man with SNSD, We Got Married with Taeyeon and Seohyun, radio show appearances, Lalala show, Star King, KJ's Chocolate, concert footage, you name it, I downloaded it all and watched it.

K-pop groups were amazing in variety shows in those years, SNSD and Super Junior were hilarious and a league of their own, but also other groups like BIGBANG, 2PM, KARA, T-ARA, Brown Eyed Girls, and so many others. And put idols from multiple groups together in talk shows and variety shows and the energy and chemistry became explosive, they were a treat to watch, so entertaining.

K-pop is what made me interested in Korean variety shows and Korean culture, and made me appreciate the way they handled variety and treated eachother, which was more wholesome, positive and constructive than I was familiar with in western reality shows and variety.

With SNSD I couldn't have had a better introduction to it all, to K-pop and to Korean variety and culture
