So I gave in & finally listened to the LEAKED snippet of RFL & ngl it slaps 🔥

I now believe RFL deserves to be heard by the world so YG definitely should release it.

The question is how?

If u familiar with sza, you'd know snippets of her recent hit songs have leaked months before being officially released & due to popular demand they all performed quite well so the leaks definitely helped rather than hurt the songs performance

So do u guys think RFL has smash single hit material written all over it or is it still album track material & will the LEAKED snippet fuel its potential performance even higher???

I like RFL too but I still don't think it's title track worthy. I can see them releasing it as the lead b-side on their mini this year and it performing similarly to Forever Young in Korea

I wanted them to use the song for a collab/featuring with a latin artist. But the time may have pass unfortunately. The sound/style of the song would make it a hit, especially in Latin America. Maybe it could have been done after Rosé's solo and before Lisa's. I don't know. But after 16+ months, YG better have way more than heavily depending on a song that has been leaked around on the internet for a year+.

But if they can somehow salvage the song, like I said, as a collab/featuring project, I'm all for it. I love the potential of the song.

They supposedly offered the song to Dua lipa for a collab & she rejected it ☠️
