Yoo In Suk , former CEO of Yuri Holdings (business partner = Seungri) , was convicted of threatening his opponent (special assault teacher) by mobilizing gangsters to retaliate (against others).

On the afternoon of the 22nd, a sentencing hearing for six special assault teachers, including Yoo In Suk , was held at the Suwon District Court's 14th single hearing. The court sentenced Yoo In Suk to six months in prison , *converted* to two years of probation (NO PRISON).

Yoo In Suk was put on trial on Dec. 30, 2015, on charges of using a gang member who he knew to call the victims into the back alley of the pub, swearing, pulling their arms to take their cell phones, or threatening them, when Seungri got into a dispute with a guest who opened his room while drinking in the inner room with his acquaintances at a cart in Gangnam, Seoul.

The case became known to the world in January when it was further indicted by military prosecutors during the first trial of a military trial on charges related to the so-called "Burning Sun," including Seungri's prostitution mediation and embezzlement. While Seungri was identified as an accomplice to a special assault teacher and the indictment was later changed to a joint principal offender, Yoo In Suk has been on trial at the Suwon District Court since May after the Burning Sun trial ended.

In a decision-making hearing on June 16, the prosecution (requested punishment) sentenced Yoo In Suk to eight months in prison. According to the sentence on the day, Yoo In Suk's crime was recognized (as Court Guilty) , but he was exempted from prison (so PROBATION).

Earlier in the day (previous other Court Proceeding) , Yoo In Suk was sentenced to one year and eight months in prison with a three-year stay of execution (PROBATION , NO PRISON time) in December for charges related to the "Burning Sun." Yoo In Suk married actress and model Park Han-byul in 2017.

Seungri, who had been identified as an accomplice with Yoo In Suk , was sentenced to three years in prison in the first trial for nine charges, including prostitution mediation, embezzlement, violation of the Special Police Act, and special assault teacher. Seungri has repeatedly denied his charges regarding the special assault teacher, but the court saw it as guilty in relation to the charges.

(Important Note: The YOO IN SUK Court Trial Events did ALL take place in S.K *CIVILIAN* CRIMINAL COURT ... Whereas , the SEUNGRI TRIAL took place in S.K *MILITARY* COURT ... As will the future SEUNGRI *APPEALS COURT* event = S.K MILITARY COURT ... I am fairly sure that SEUNGRI is now currently living , since September 2021 , as a CONVICTED PRISON INMATE in the *normal* S.K MILITARY PRISON , serving his current *3 YEARS* duration punishment ... While waiting for his future *APPEALS COURT* event = S.K MILITARY COURT , to take place ... Which *might* reduce the PRISON duration time punishment for SEUNGRI in his current S.K MILITARY PRISON situation)

At the time, the court acknowledged that the gang member who came to the scene was the person called by Yoo In Suk's acquaintance, but said, "Yoo In Suk stated in the police investigation that the defendant (Seungri) would call someone after a quarrel in the cart, but I thought someone would be coming because it was different from usual." Choi Jong-hoon said during the statement that "Yoo In Suk from inside the cart said people came." The defendant also knew that the person called by Yoo In Suk had come." It was also ruled that "It is difficult to believe the defendant's statement as it is because there are many differences in the police investigation and the court's statement, and there seems to have been an implicit consensus with Yoo In Suk."

Seungri appealed against the (his) first trial (S.K MILITARY COURT = 3 YEARS PRISON) ruling. (Added: Again , the Seungri *APPEALS COURT TRIAL* event will take place in S.K MILITARY COURT , *NOT* CIVILIAN COURT)
