Can this mean GFriend got kicked out?

I have seen many interviews. I don't know which one you are referring to.
Hey if u got the link pls share it here. I forgot who took the interview but she said she signed a drama because director had his eyes on her since gfriend days but they couldn't work together and implied she has a trauma of singing now she can't sing alone, without members or something like that.

I don't, saw that on Twitter but didn't save the link.

I know they were profitable on its own enough to continue because lesser known groups managed to stay. I know for sure that by this time they should have been much bigger but they were big enough.
Is it that they weren't profitable enough for HYBE to stay? Would things have been better for them had they not been part of HYBE then?
I posted this because some ppl say it was their decision but maybe this makes it look like they didn't actually wanted to disband. -

Does no former staff of SouMu want to spill the tea?
Maybe Chloe will someday.

I really just don't see much good that came out of that merger. I don't think they would have stayed with Soumu regardless but I really think it would have been ended in a better way. Their entire staff was pissed and that says a lot
The ex owner of Soumu cashed out around $20 million so it was good for him

if this is true, thats so weird because as far as i remember bang pd himself got involved in the production process of their last few songs and its not like gfriend were complete nugus towards the end
They used to sell around 60k to 80k and they used to chart in the 60s in melon which is decent
They sell 60-80k but don't forget the production cost etc... they probably bringing in little money. But it's still weird, even if its little they are still profitable. most likely some of the members didn't renew and that was the last straw and they decided to disband them.

Honestly I think simplest answer is best:
Gfriend was probably offered contracts that a at least a couple of the girls weren't happy about. They argued with the company. They couldn't come to an agreement. Nobody would budge. So they were just eventually let go and nobody was happy. It's like when u think your work at a job is worth $90,000/yr but the company only values you at $60,000/yr. So u just eventually walk away to try elsewhere.

Hybe jacked up the 'production cost' significantly after GFriend joined its belt, for no apparent reason
I think you are not aware of the factor that GF was always a shoestring operation with little cost

Most likely Y***n and Y**u complained.
