2. The pair are actually somehow straight in soul bc one of them is not considered a real man themselves even if perceived by the public as a gay couple. The idea that gay men being "women on the inside" is a homphobic trope too bc it dismisses the validity of it being two men in love. "We might be outwardly gay, but we're not really gay. Also we will be teasing suicide at the end bc that's the best way for our souls to align in the next life (in an assumed heterosexual relationship)."

In the end the fact that they are a homosexual couple rejected by society is a main contribution to their death to get a better roll of the dice later. Wow what a hot mess.

They really should have changed the plot completely to make it work these days. The original story is a mess.

Good, plot for this drama is awful and it would bring more negative attention than positive.

They apparently did, hence they are not going forward with the drama production. The original writer didn't like the changes and they are respecting his wishes since it's his work.
