    they were 4 people, the 2 oldest are prosecuted, but the two minor are non punishable because of korean law even if you can clearly see their face in the video


    Minors or not they should take responsability for what they did and be punish like they deserve, no human should be humiliate like this

    It’s not just a Law in Korea… Minors are treated different by Law in most countries… it has its pros and cons, that’s why I think they should do it like how they do it in many other countries where they decide by the severeness of the crime and the mental maturity of the minors if they reach a certain age, often 16 in most countries.

    well here i know that minor are treated differently but it just mean that their sentence will be less severe

    but at least they are still punish

    but it amaze me that there's some country like in korea where minor are absolutely not punish

    well I'm not sure what the laws are exactly like in SK but here in Australia kids under 10 are completely exempt from any criminal liability but if you are between 10-14 then the prosecution must prove that the kid knew what they were doing was wrong
