I didn’t reject the idea of acquiring other labels because I knew the importance of these companies to grow. That’s what Hybe did and now Rbw is following them. They both started from a small company and have one group who raised their name so they probably think if Hybe can do it, why not them.
But unfortunately, Rbw did not learn fully from Hybe. Hybe/Bighit is far from being a perfect company but one of the important things is that they know how to use 100% of the potential of their most popular artists. Hybe has other groups like Txt and Enhypen but each of them thrives well without having to sacrifice their most popular artists just for fear of their new groups will overshadowed.
With Rbw, Mamamoo is getting sinking due to lack of good management. Rbw does not want to be known as Mamamoo's company even though they are the pillar of the company, like hybe/bighit who is okay being called Bts's company because it is simply true.
Actually there are many more but this already a very long essay. To be short, the Ceo of Rbw think by taking over another companies they will be one of the giant company like Hybe. Shame on them,as they even failed to get Wheein, the member of their biggest artist to extend her contract with them. A lot of things they need to learn especially in managing their artists.
