    tbh though its a sort of unbalanced allies thing -- if the US is a bit more careful about tallying their defense budget they could probably lift a little weight from SK gov't on the spending bit.

    The cost of a Country's Defense should be that Country's responsibility. US paying the Lion share is insulting. Nearly 80% of South Korea's Defense. Thank goodness Biden is asleep at the wheel and Trump era Defense spending actions are still in place.
