Seventeen can possibly do that in Japan, as those domes are stadiums. They did sell out their dome tour in Japan before Covid-19 in span of couple hours on the same day, and had to add additional dates. I’m assuming they grew a lot in Japan during the pandemic years, so they might sell out faster than last time seeing the insane amount of demand in Japan for them right now. And possibly, they can do it in Korea too, but maybe not as fast as BTS. I don’t know about other places around the world, but they sure can play big arenas. Idk much about girl groups or NCT to say anything.

No, none of them are as relevant in the US as BTS. BTS can sell a million tickets for an online fan meet. No groups are touching them.
