I was watching a Hawaii lifestyle show called Living808. (Yes, I live in Hawaii)
Then on the show...they do a segment for music and since it's Tuesday, it's called Tuesday Tunes.
It's usually a Hawaiian reggae group/soloist performing, but today's one was a boy group inspired by K-pop.
However, when introducing them, the hosts said, "They are a local K-pop band."
(Local - Hawaii).
They're not a "Local K-pop band." They are just a "Local K-pop-inspired" band.
They have a BIG Japan fanbase (which is nothing different from other K-pop groups)
