If pre orders don't start around Xiaoting's birthday, I don't think they'll release an album this year. They might just release a single then.

i never watched a second of the show but i read the leaked results thread, you were sad she wasn't in top 9. i'm glad your fave made it after all

I'm assuming that they will perform at the MAMAs. It is a huge opportunity. Many people watch MAMAs as much as they say they dislike it. MNet shouldn't let this opportunity go and won't I guess. That's why I think they'll release a single atleast before the MAMAs.

Album preparation in more or less 6 weeks is very difficult. They would have to get the news about the album in the next week or so if they're to release anywhere close to MAMAs. And I personally don't think it is viable option to release your debut album at the end of the year. They are not gonna get enough promotion during these times so I would prefer them to release a single tbh.

If they release only a single and promote it for around a month or so, their management will get more time to prepare the album.
