I’ve seen the meme of them saying if a dried bacteria on mars is considered life by scientists so should unborn babies, and hence abortion is murder. Except that in this case the two ‘life’s’ being referred to are of different definition. There’s animated life and sentient life. Nobody cries over bacteria or nematodes dying even though they are ‘alive’ but creatures with more sentience like animals, including humans, there’s a sense that they are aware of their own existence.

I think your asking about why anti-abortion ppl cry about people aborting barely developed fetuses, now I DON'T wanna DEFEND those ppl, but it's more about the fact that the baby could have developed fully, so your still killing life in general? like your killing a baby still even tho it's not fully developed and in it's early stages of development, so THATS why they consider pre-born fetuses life? like it's still life at the end of the day....y'now what IDK what i'm saying SORRY... like I DON'T like anti-abortion ppl because I think there extremists, not all are like that, but majority. anways. thats my 2 cents....but THIS THREAD? hello mate half of the people on this forum are like 12 i don't think they know about that STUFF!!
