1. NCT's Xiaojun (if we count him as 4th gen as a 2018 debut)
2. CRAVITY's Woobin (love it, VERY promising vocalist)
3. Oneus's Seonho? (Is he 4th gen? He and Woobin are very similar to each other, reminds me of a Ningning - Monday case)
W-A:
4. ATEEZ's Jongho** (if he's more consistent he'd swap up but they need to stop the high notes)

Side Notes:
Mark may have been the best vocalist in NCT Dream..???? It makes sense since they weren't meant to be a full unit, but for now Haechan and Chenle are safely W-A . Yuta and Haechan are actually the same level with vocals.
I will accept any Enhypen clips (Heesung is the best and then there's the rest) and TXT (Taehyun is the best and the rest are on the same level) but both are safely W. I think Heesung may be slightly better than Taehyun? It's hard to tell since they're all shallow.
MCND's Huijin is promising
Hyojin from ONF is also an A-AA but he debuted early to call 4th gen.
Treasure's Bang Yedam and Jeongwoo are W-A but Jeongwoo is a bit young imo.
