- they aren't dating, they don't match. (How do you know this????)
- they would never date, they don't even talk with each other. (Another how do you know it?)
- they aren't my idol's type. (Having a type isn't that serious, falling in love goes way more deep than this.)
- they don't like each other that way. (How do you know it?????)
- stop shipping them, this will never happen. (The negative denial is also denial...)
- they are too busy to date so stop it. (Really? Are we for real here?...)
And things like these.
I saw some denying delulu shippers so vehemently that it made me think: aren't they also delulu? Thinking like they know the idol personally, their daily life, etc?... And I'm not talking about the ones who does it with the intention of "helping the idols", I'm talking about the ones who truly believe they KNOW for a fact that their idols would never date such or such idol, like??...
Shipping is bad, but using your feelings and projecting it in your idols love lives is bad too...
Disclaimer: I'm not agreeing with such delulu things, I'm just pointing out a behavior that i myself think is delulu too. I'm obviously talking about shippers who goes beyond a "funny hobby" and start harassing the idols sns, etc. You don't need to agree with me as this is a personal opinion and I'm not above yours opinion! So yes, the strong denial against shippers is a form of delulu specially when given such sentences and when they think their idols are way superior of the other "pairing"...
Bye!
