suddenly remembered since the rumor had been shared around this month 3 years ago, they were supposedly scheduled to perform in 2020. Lizkook shippers were the worst it wasn't even a confirmed schedule and they really started attacking Yeri
Anyway I do wonder what performing in Russia would've done for RV

at first i was surprised too, but i see it pretty often on other kpop MVs too now.. i also remember a while ago GOT7 having a huge sold out concert in Russia so i guess while it`s not main stream for sure kpop has a lot of fans there (mostly teen girls lol)
I'm sure its not mainstream but I didn't think it has enough fans to garner concerts, but I guess I was wrong!

I heard the rumor. But it's fake i guess 
Actually it's possible if it involves some political visit. Red Velvet (and also Shinee ) went performing to Prague when the former president of SK Park Guen Hye was there for an oficial visit. It was done quite in a secret tho , just for people from Visegrad 4 (Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland) . I learned about it through Korean embassy in Czech republic and all I needed to do was to register with my ID and I got to see them for free I didn't really see any major site reporting about it tho but Shinee were posting photos from Prague on their IG 
But if the Moscow performance was scheduled for 2020, it was probably canceled because of covid anyway
