Anything but a baguette

I like bread slightly sweet, like honey oat but is fine not sweet too depending on what I'm eating it with.

In generaly, I like bread with a chewy texture, for example baguettes.

I also make bread from time to time, especially during fall and winter when I'm feeling more festive.

But I'm just an amateur. I can never get it to be very soft, like I said I like it chewy. But this also mean I can't make sliced loaf bread for sandwiches...

I make a lot of pita sandwiches so I often make my own pita bread too.

I don't eat bread often, when I do I prefer sour dough and multi grain or bird seed bread as some people call it. I like low GI breads that fill you up for longer.

I love bread and my favourites are croissants and nan bread, although my staple carb is rice.

Now I am hungry and it’s lunch time...
