I honestly prefer mustard
Depends on the food
Mustard is ultimately more versatile, you can actually cook with it, but for some foods (like french fries) ketchup is better

Ketchup saves bad food, but ruins good food.
Mustard improves good food.
I like Ketchup more.
Depend on the food
If the mustard is honey-mustard, I'm all over it.
Otherwise, ketchup. I need ketchup for burgers, hotdogs, etc. Mustard is nice to have, but not something I must have with these foods.

I used to know a long time ago but here's one article explain it
Ketchup is made with tomatoes, sugar, vinegar/acetic acid and spices. Whereas, tomato sauce is made from tomatoes, oil, meat or vegetable stock and spices. It never uses vinegar. Also, ketchup is cold in nature and is never served hot, while all varieties of sauces are served hot. To make it simpler, ketchup is made with a variety of spices while the sauce is generally made without spices.

Depends on the food, but I feel you can put ketchup in anything and it would be good.
Mustard is the only worthy vinegary mess to put on food!
I don't use either but if I had to pick and choose one, it wouldn't be ketchup.
Ketchup. Mustard is just bad and yucky for me
