As for the controversy ....it's impossible that almost everytime she posts something, it becomes an issue because the world is unfair and she is the victim...at this point she really does it on purpose

Controversial opinion. I feel at this point everyone that is related to her is seemingly 'held hostage' by her.
No one can speak out about anything because if they do they risk Mina doing something foolish like cutting herself (which she did).
But her she is going about doing controversial stuff and lying (in this case lying about the smoking room). Not saying that everything she said before were lies but the past few incidents she had been caught lying. But if anytime we doubt her statements we would apparently be 'blaming the victim'
Then when she does something foolish it will always be 'why is no one protecting her what is her family doing'
She can't. If she defend herself Mina will literally go mad and do foolish stuff and the public will see that it is Jimin's fault.
I'm not saying she didn't bully Mina because we don't know the truth about it, but at this point she is literally being held 'verbally hostage' for not being to say anything about the issue and have to just disappear forever

The other party will literally not stop till Jimin dies. Her entire private life is being exposed to public so someone else can earn candy scores on social media.
At some point she has to choose between protecting herself or someone else. With or without Jimin, the other person is not taking any steps toward healing so she might as well protect herself.
At this point it is becoming obvious that she is suffering from a mental disorder and actually "Can't" get off social media. It is her lifeline as well as part of her greatest pain. The Internet is just a part of her self harm. She probably will need to be placed into what is called a conservatorship such as what Brittany Spears was in.

Agreed and your opinion shouldn't be treated as controversial, it's a common sense at this point. I saw some people saying that her other controversies don't disprove her claims about being bullied. This might be true and we can't tell for sure what really happened with Jimin but here is the thing...if Mina doesn't have any problems with lying and we know she doesn't, as she proved it on multiple occassions, how can we be so sure about Jimin being this horrible terrible bully for 10 years??
As for my opinion, I do believe their relationship wasn't the best and Jimin was probably harsh on Mina but the question is, was it really bullying or just disagreements and 1 or 2 incidents blown out of proportion ?? I really wonder...
