Display MoreI think dream original concept wasn't teen... chewing gum and my first and last was more a child concept
we go up to hello future is more suitable teen concepts and were i wish dream stays at
as i said i think the graduation concept would been more suitable if sm was more open with what is happening
i think the whole secretive side of everything is what put everyone off...
as i think everyone wouldn't of minded if when it came up too 2000 line graduating
we already knew... renjun jeno chenle jisung and jaemin would create a new unit together..
but as we knew nothing about what would happen to them plus members like ten basically being on hiatus since debut..
it was very poorly managed
i too this day think we should get a yearly guide with hints on what happening with each member and new units..
i.e if we got a guide this year it could show if sungchan and shotaro will end up in the same unit or not
[obv not giving the official unit name more a hint]

I guess I’ll back out of the discussion because I’m just not really sure what you mean here and maybe this is just a topic for Dream fans, because their sound and look is still much lighter and brighter than the other units. No it’s not “chewing Gum”, but the fare considered “adult” ain’t Baby Don’t Like It, Volcano or Nectar here. Even as adults, they’re not as full tilt as the other units. Like as much as I heard about Hot Sauce being a mature sound (and I like Hot Sauce the song and the album) but I’m over here looking at Lemonade like “nope, Dream is still pretty PG teen fare.”
I would comment on the second part - I personally don’t want a list of what each member is doing or a list of new units by year or release date. I like the flexibility they have to shift members before they officially land in units, move around plans to mirror the environment and I like the surprise of finding out about new ones. I don’t want a map of NCT.
If it wasn’t flexible, we might not have ever had NCT 2020 or the great combinations we have in WayV or Dream or 127. I want to be surprised like I was with Sungchan and Shotaro. (Not so much the WayV members because they were in SM rookies..)
