To follow a user you have to go to their profile and press on this icon:

Once you punch on that, you should see a follow button:

(It says “unfollow” because I’m already following that person, but if you aren’t following a person yet, it should look like this:

You just click the follow button and there you have it! < 3

Also, in order to comment on someone’s wall, you have to have at least 25 posts I think!
