Outstanding chef who had trained for many years and work hard to improve his skills to stand out and make the best food. It is something that is meant and made for you to happen.
2. Passion
Passion will show you how and why you doing it for. Cus it is your passion and you love and enjoy what you doing and share your best interest into your dreams. It will show your the greatest and purest intentions into your work. It boost the energy of the listeners and what it means to be an artist/singer and why you wanted to be singer. If you show your passion you will send off the high vibration and attract others for who you are. Passion is very important to have, it helps you to connect with yourself and others. It is naturally and from the heart. Lack of passion has consequences and it sarbotage your longterm goal. Passion is also a boost for your self-esteem.
3. Talent
Talents is important as always. But Talents without passion will not work out in the longterm goal. If you keep being desperate doing for idea and money and fame. The wrong headspace will sarbotage for yourself and your talents and for your co-workers. Having a Talent are your tools.You can use it to heal it or misused it to destroy it, know that talents come within yourself and your passion. Vocal technique will help you to improve it but dont lose your natural talents. Cus music is also about passion, emotions and feeling it. Balance it out. To make it natural for you as possible.
4. Consistency
Hard work and self reflection are the elements to have consistency. It will help you lead you to be a better co-worker and too improve yourself and impress others. It will never let you to stop even it is difficult. You will see that failures and obstacles are meaningfull and the reason why you still fighting cus you stand in what you believe cus you are holding your passion. The passion inside your work will improve and be consistent.
5. Teamwork
Learn to trust and lean on each other, Overcoming struggles with your teammates is very important and a big deal. It Is element for stable foundation for your future goals. One if the top reason for many groups lack with teamwork.
6. Healthy work environment
Work environment is the ground of harvesting your succesful journey. If the work place is unhealthy and dont got improvements within. It has consequences on your succes and sarbotage your goals. THIS IS ONE OF THE TOP REASON FOR AN IDOL GROUP TO FALL. see it as acency are the ground (earth) of your tree (you are the tree ). If the ground is toxic its will lead your branches and your succes to break down. Your growth will be blocked. Work environment is important.
7. Overcoming obstacles externally and shade. (Growth and Time)
