Hello all,
I know it’s been a WHILE and I would like to explain why I temporarily left AKP and why I’m returning.
When I was still here earlier I was intensely mourning the loss of someone I loved, very publicly, and it just didn’t sit right with me anymore. I stopped listening to k-pop for awhile because of the lack of comebacks and all the scandals, it felt like I didn’t really have anything to add nor look forward to. I also wanted to focus on my book and my mental health because I was way too addicted to AKP and looking for validation online instead of within myself.
So you may be wondering: why am I returning? Well, not only has k-pop drastically increased in quality recently, but I’m also spending my first year on campus. All my classes are online and I’ll pretty much be sitting in my dorm room twiddling my thumbs all day. I also missed some of you a lot and I miss having a more anonymous outlet to discuss music etc.
I also know I owe people some currency on here so if you’re one of those people, please DM me. I didn’t mean to leave you guys hanging like that but I just got way too overwhelmed.
