What kind of toppings do you put on your home made pizza?

Mostly I do pizza bagels and on them I’ll put pepperoni and mushrooms!

Good tomato sauce, pizza mozzarella, fresh mozzarella or dollops of ricotta, caramelized onions, sundried tomatoes, fresh basil (sometimes I add some sundried tomato pesto in place of the last 2).
Brush the crust with garlic olive oil or butter before baking.
Top with fancy olive oil + pecorino and/or parm + balsamic glaze.
& a side of Italian hot peppers in oil

It's a nice mix of sweet and salty without being too sweet. I also sometimes add goat cheese for a bit of tang.

Homemade tomato sauce, cheese and mushrooms. If I’m in the mood, crumbled bacon. If I’m feeling luxurious, prosciutto and I might add fresh mozzarella too.
