What's the best Japanese drama??

Ngl, japanese dramas are weird imo. I am choosing this cuz of Shun Oguri.

Horror:I watched Kyoufu shinbun last year. It's quite scary.

Slice of life:yuru camp (I'm kinda obsessed with it)

Detective:Kindaichi shounen no Jikenbo

Sports:Suikyuu yankee

Suspense:Mr. Hiiragi's homeroom

All of them are normal drama. Weird ones would be something like Homeroom or Prison's School.

It is old but one of the best Japanese dramas I seen, also the OST is great.

Hands down the TRICK series (3 seasons) with Abe Hiroshi and Nakama Yukie. It’s dark comedy with our duo trying to defraud/solve fake mystics, cults, and supernatural mysteries. It has a “cult” <irony!> following that includes novels and 3 Tv specials and 4 films!

Most of my fav. J-Dramas a old once, because I started wwith them and switched to K-Dramas a long while ago and now I'm watching both.

If you are under 30 you probably don't know them, but I promise you, if you will give them a chance, you will love them :)

The greatest dramas I've ever seen are Great Teacher Onizuka (1999), Ikebukuro West Gate Park, Gokusen and Nodame Cantible. All oldies but goodies.

1 litre of tears. Momo recommended that one.

My all time favorites would be:

But I'm more of Jmovies than Jdramas.
