Why is Promised Neverland Manga and Anime a different story?

Shhh no spoilers

Don't know I haven't watch the second season jet but maybe they had to cut out some content because this Arc is maybe to long for 11 episode

anime series often do this switch and can never remain faithful to the original 100% due to animation directors plus budget

they want to cut some parts out and advance the story within said budget

i'm just getting more and more convinced not to watch the anime so i don't ruin the manga for myself
