i can't work out because i have a device surgically inserted under my skin right under my collarbones, attached to my vein and i can feel it move around when i work out. the only work out i can do is taking long walks. i can't even sleep comfortably on my right side because i can feel my chest weigh the device down and it makes me panic

i have to mimic the motion of writing every time someone gives me directions to understand where left and right are supposed to be. especially when i am driving lol
