That’s normal, we ain’t perfect. It only becomes a problem if it happens all the time. Than it makes you a hypocrite. But like you said, if you can recognize it, it’s the first step. Means you got enough self awareness!

I practice what I preach

I believe people should stick to their word and not be hypocrites. Not tell others to do things they wouldn’t be prepared to do themselves.

Exactly! In fact, one of my personal golden rules is to NOT practice what I preach. As a wise man once told me, "sell the gospel but never buy it yourself."
