do girls have a skewed sense of size

seen so many times girls misjudging guys' height and pp size

is it because guys always add an extra inch or two to the point that girls really dont know what the actual sizes look like?

i have pretty small hands but thin long fingers so they dont look small on their own

never seen anyone notice it unless they put their hands to mine ( which usually leads to awe and laughter )
