Which girl group song charting great is the biggest surprise for you?

Next level, asap, alcohol-free, mafia (the biggest surprise)

i really cant choose between ASAP and Next Level

1. Stayc is from a small company and new so it's the most surprising.

2. Brave Girls just had a previous hit so more people will want to check it out the new release, but they did come out of nowhere beforhand so it's still interesting to see them do well again.

3. Oh My Girl got their hit a year prior to making another release, so it's cool to see them doing so well. However they've had hit songs previously, gained more eyes because of queendom, and b-sides charting so I feel like they solidified themselves enough that it wasn't that surprising to see them chart well.

4. Aespa is SM's newest girl group, it would be more surprising to see them not do well

OMG and BG were kinda expected to do well.

So STAYC and Aespa are the biggest surprises this round.

Aespa's Next Level

Definitely my biggest "wait... what?" moment of the year thus far.

It's pretty amazing even if I personally hate this particular song.

I would never imagine this song to be of the korean gp’s taste I think that’s why international kpop fans are shocked. I feel like the gp just eat up anything by a girl group whether the song is good or bad, bc I can 100% tell you that if next level was sung by a bg it wouldn’t even enter melon top 100
