That was already disproven, the company that claimed to have banned BTS merch was a company that doesn't ship BTS merch (Weverse ships to China btw but Ktown4u is less expensive if I remember correctly) and that Chinese company was in hot water for something so they diverted attention by claiming they banned BTS merch. That whole RM speech thing really wasn't that big of a scandal and was dropped the moment the chinese foreign minister defended BTS
