Chihuahuas are some feisty little hot dogs

i disagree because one of my old classmate said that when i put my hand on my face i look like a chihuahua during that time i was so offended.

I have a chihuahua and I love him

but their so cute

ok but do you know where exactly the nose tissues of a pug are? THE BACK OF THE HEAD!!

They literally bred the pug so much that the nose is on the back and routed internally to the front!!

have you seen their skulls HELLSPAWN I tell you!!!

Edit: they're actually right where they're supposed to be, up front, but since the nose tissue mass hasn't been shrunk as much as their faces has-- its literally pressing in on their respiratory tract

Selectively bred over 100s of years. Their respiratory system would never allow them to survive well; they get winded way to easily.

Long snout dogs like greyhound have lotsa space up in their face for air to go past, whereas pugs have very little space and use up more energy to force it through their face.

Pugs used to have pretty short faces in the first place but then were selectively bred to have even shorter snouts

these dogs are overbreeded and actually built to die young and be fragile. A chihuahua can die from a broken leg and what for? Just so it fits into a handbag? Just so it looks cute? That just abuse. And everyone who buys one supports this.

Pugs I would say are a breed with much worse overbreeding.
