I'm sorry, what are you on about? Why do you care if they are accepted as kpop? Who's stopping you from spamming them? I'm confused, dude. 
Think it's more like because NiZiU is a JPOP group despite having KPOP-ish features, anything NiZiU related belongs to the JPOP section and not the KPOP section.
So if HYBE stans were to "unite" and post BH next Jap BG and also TXT related stuff (not sure how TXT comes into here) in the KPOP section, and that no one or no mods move those JPOP related stuff over to the JPOP section, it means that OP can spam NiZiU related stuff in the KPOP section.
It's to call out the possible double standards that may or may not happen in future, in advance

mods told me ALL japanese releases are to be posted in the JPOP section, but iv yet to see any post get moved, and AKP is deadass the only website that holds niziu to strickly jpop standards. im fighting the system here
