It's up to the Retailers to order more Albums, Online Retailers are basically going to be out of stock on the day it releases because they would have had to order them about a week in advance for delivery on that date, especailly Orders outside of South Korea.

So it's really up to Republic Records or is it The Orchard that should be managing the Distribution in at least America
