I eat average 400 cals(?) per mean. My body easily scales hunger with energy demand; if I sat down the whole day I might accidentally miss meals because I don't get hungry. If I did get a workout in I might go all the way to 1k calories.
if I ate that for breakfast I might accidentally miss lunch and have a late dinner.
(This eating habit doesn't keep me in shape though I still have to watch calories and cut back on stuff to get into shape, but generally it prevents me from getting uncomfortably heavyset)

mate, I'm a 40 year old male who is 1.90 and 90 kilos with a health condition. Our intake is vastly different :)
Don't judge yourself so harsh. We are all different and are doing our best :)
To be honest, just try to enjoy your life and forget about anything else.
If your heavyset so what? Just don't starve yourself mate.
Eat properly, try to exercise and stuff like that. That would be better for you in the long time.

I haven't had french fries in a year and I just realized
I think I've actually gained weight because if stress
I need to lose weight but hopefully if grades go well
